The canvas overall slightly dusty with isolated minuscule stains. In places slight pressure marks visible in raking light. In places slight craquelure and very sporadically minuscule paint losses. In places, mainly in the lower margin, a few small scratches as well as faint superficial scuff marks with differences in surface shine. In the right margin a thin vertical scratch (50 cm). Under ultraviolet light, one small retouching is visible in the right margin at the height of the figure's left shoulder
