Vintage. Gelatin silver print. 29,8 × 23,8 cm (11 ¾ × 9 ⅜ in.). Annotated and numbered: "60 f18, a" by Karl Blossfeldt in pencil on the reverse as well as estate stamp and inscribed in pencil by another hand: "Originalabzug von Karl Blossfeldt, Hamamelis japonica 8 × vergr., Zaubernuß" as well as numbered. [2004]

Condition Report: In very good condition. Matte thin paper. Blacklight tested, no fluorescence. With some minuscule fine, barely noticeable retouchings. Edges with occasional unobtrusive silvering, visible only in raking light. Lower right corner with a minuscule, hardly noticeable crease mark, approx. 0.5 cm. Upper right corner with minuscule loss of gelatin layer, approx. 0.7 cm. On the reverse at upper edge two small spots of minimal abrasion to the paper
