Villa Grisebach is massively expanding its contemporary art area in the coming months. In direct neighbourhood to the main building in Berlin, almost 500 m2 will be opened for contemporary art at Fasanenstrasse 27 from September. Daniel von Schacky's team for art after 1960 will also be expanded to include Lena Winter (born 1981). Michael Neff will also be joining Villa Grisebach as "Creative Director". Michael Neff (born 1967) has led Gallery Weekend Berlin to its current success over the past ten years and has been in charge of various German private collections of post-war and contemporary art for many years.
