On the reverse signed, inscribed, titled, inscribed and dated in black ballpoint pen on the frame: Dietmar Lemcke, 1 Berlin 31, "Große Landschaft I", Öl 1979. As well as titled in black felt-tip pen: Mittelmeerbild.

Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The canvas is not relined and mounted on the original stretcher (original tacking). Under ultraviolet light are lower right in places Tropfspuren visible. In the upper right and in the centre isolated slight craquelure. In the upper right in places slight paint losses. In the upper margins in places slightly dusty and isolated pressure marks. On the reverse upper left a rectangular reinforcement of the canvas (12 x 12 cm)
